This recipe was delicious and healthy, though it didn't quite have the flavor that I expected. I added more ginger root and some hot sauce, and omitted the salt, and it was perfect. YUM!

Fiery Fish Tacos with Crunchy Corn Salsa
Scrumptious recipe! I didn't use salt but did add black beans and scallions to the crunchy corn salsa as well as melted shredded cheese (mexican blend) to the tortilla. I also sautéed the fish in a little butter instead of olive oil and just added the cayenne and black pepper while sautéing, and it stuck just fine. Yum!

The Best Vegetarian Chili in the World
This recipe is delicious! I appreciate the recipe creator adding information about the canned tomatoes, but I used fresh roma tomatoes instead of canned. I also cut back on the chili powder and omitted salt and olive oil (instead combining all ingredients in one pot rather than sautéeing them in oil first), but since I like things very spicy added a fresh habañero pepper to the jalapeño. I also added fresh cilantro. I have lots of leftovers but will be making this again soon!
