Janet's Rich Banana Bread
Moistest, tastiest recipe I've ever tried. I served war with caramelized bananas (bring butter, brown sugar and bourbon to simmer, then saute sliced bananas until coated and soft) and topped with vanilla bean ice cream. Received rave reviews.

Asian Barbequed Butterflied Leg of Lamb
This was an amazing meal that awed my guests. I served with moo shu pancakes and Rosie's Bok Choy Salad (on AllRecipes). Definitely makes my short list for a memorable dinner party menu.

Sesame Crusted Mahi Mahi with Soy Shiso Ginger Butter Sauce
