Purple Plum Pie

I was VERY skeptical when I first made this pie, but I had a pile of plums in my freezer to use up. I love it, it has such a great balance of tart and sweet with a great custard like filling. My eldest son who isn't a huge fan of pie or dessert asked me to make a second one this weekend and so for the second time this weekend in the oven is baking Purple Plum Pie #2.

Chocolate Banana Bread

This recieved rave reviews with the company I made if for! It came out super moist. I cut out the chocolate chips and used half white, half brown sugar. Thanks for the recipe

Clone of a Cinnabon

I have been searching for an awesome cinnamon bun recipie for some time now, I think I've finally found it. This was a hit in my house. I don't have a bread machine but allowed this to rise in the oven with the light on, they turned out amazing!
