Arkansas Green Beans
I cut the sugar, too. Used fresh beans and garlic. I added some white wine (I use wine in just about everything) and sprinkled some parmesan over bacon before adding syrup. This recipe is a keeper

Tomato Bisque I
This is a great starter you can really have fun with. I used fresh cilantro AND basil, a little minced garlic and fat free half and half. I think the possibilities are endless here. I might even add rice next time

George's Greek Fried Chicken
This was great and I will make again. But I did change the amount of pepper to 1 tsp. 1-1/2 Tablespoon just seemd like way too much. Also add about 1/4 cup white wine.
