Great recipe when you need something fast but a TV dinner won't do! I bought seasame dinner rolls from costco since i didn't have any poppy seeds. The first time i made them was with the butter mixture poured on top and the second time i made them was with the mixture poured in the sandwich. I enjoyed the first batch best because it made the sandwich nice and soft. The other way the bread was hard and dry.

Super Scrambled Eggs Number One

Homemade Banana Pudding Pie

Cut the sugar down to a cup as others suggested. For the maringue, I made the mistake of beating the eggs with a spoon - too much effort! Definitely use a mixer for this or just use Cool Whip. I also threw in a half cup of shredded coconut to the pudding after it thickend and sprinkled some on top. Came out great!

I'm not used to Filipino food, so the vinegar was pretty overpowering. Still pretty good, but next time i would cut the vinegar to 1/3 cup.

Chicken Garlic Pizza

I only used 1/4 cup of ricotta cheese and added a generous amount of Mozarella. Also doubled the amount of butter and garlic. Came out really well, thanks for the recipe!

Herbed Pork and Apples

This was very good even though all I had to rub on it was sage, salt and pepper. I didn't have "real" maple syrup, but I did have Mrs. Butterworth. One of the best recipes I've tried from this site and I will definitely make again!

the best carnitas I've ever had! The key to keeping it moist and shredable is to TIGHTLY seal the foil around the roast. We do this for our ribs too and the meat practically falls off the bone!

Chewy Coconut Cookies

I've tried many cookies from this site, but this right now is my favorite! Crispy on the outside and nice 'n chewy on the inside! Adding a 1/2 cup of chocolate chips makes this great cookie recipe better!

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon

SO easy and SO good! I definitely recommend broiling it for two extra minutes as others have said. Serves great with rice and spinach.

Sweet Potato Pie I

I've made this twice in two weeks - I can't get enough! The wife and kids love it too. The first time I made this, after 20 min of boiling the sweet potato, I got impatient and just nuked it for another 6 min - and it came out easy to peel (though a tad bit mushy). I recommend just microwaving the potato for 9 min.
