Mini Ham And Cheese Rolls
Great recipe when you need something fast but a TV dinner won't do! I bought seasame dinner rolls from costco since i didn't have any poppy seeds. The first time i made them was with the butter mixture poured on top and the second time i made them was with the mixture poured in the sandwich. I enjoyed the first batch best because it made the sandwich nice and soft. The other way the bread was hard and dry.

Salisbury Steak
I really liked this! It wasn't a hit with everyone else, but i'm the one rating it so it gets 5 stars :P

Super Scrambled Eggs Number One
made this a few times and tried with leftover steak chopped up and swiss cheese. Even stuffed into a tortilla when I needed something on the go!
