Potato Salmon Patties
We catch a lot of kokanee and this is a great fish recipe. We make it up and use it for all three meals.

Zucchini in Sour Cream Sauce
This is one of the best, if not the best, side dish recipies we have ever used. It's been in our recipe rotation for the past year. Love it!

London Broil for the Slow Cooker
Super way to utilize a low cost cut of beef. Added a handful and a half of cooked egg noodles at the end and served it over a toasted french bread bun. YUM YUM! Thank you.
