Best Black Beans

Wonderful!!! We added way more garlic and cilantro and replaced the cayenne with lots of black pepper. We also added 1/2 a green bell pepper, sauteed. Will make again for sure!

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

Made this for Bunko last night and all the girls were in Heaven! They compared it to creme brulee! I might do the thicker crescent rolls next time as the one reviewer suggested - too much filling for my particular tastes. I must say, this was the quickest and easiest recipe I've ever made, but everyone thinks you spent all day on it! You can't go wrong with this recipe!!! *We had it as leftovers straight out of the fridge tonight. The sugar was still crunchy and the filling was firm! I think it was even better cold!

Great recipe, but we made some changes. We used fresh mushrooms and sauteed them. We also added sauteed onions, minced garlic, more salt and pepper, and more Parmesan cheese!!! Will make again!!!

Very good! We only used one can of Ranch Style beans. We also only used one can of Mild Rotel with one can of plain diced tomatoes, and it was still a tad bit spicy for our kiddos. Us big kids really loved it though! ;)

Bacon for the Family or a Crowd

This was good, but I had to double my cooking time! If I had a lot going on and didn't have much time to stand in the kitchen - this would be worth it. Otherwise, I prefer the taste of fried bacon. Baking it just changed it somehow?!
