Balsamic Chicken
My family loved this recipe. We doubled the sauce and I cut the chicken into about 2" strips so the chicken absorbed more of the sauce. This just might be a weekly meal!

Caramel Brownies
This was a delicious and easy recipe. I took these to a picnic and they were a hit. Who knew that a cake mix could taste better then most brownie mixes!

Oven Roasted Potatoes
I love this recipe. My family likes really spicy foods so I added jalapeno slices and onion wedges to the mix. I always make more than needed because the teenagers love to heat them up as snacks.
