Strawberry Pretzel Salad
I remembered this being much better as a kid...it came out very soggy and almost inedible. I was really disappointed- I was hoping for so much more.

Chocolate Trifle
This is a wonderful recipe. I made a few modifications. Instead of cool whip added to the pudding, I used one pint of heavy whipping cream and mixed until I had a nice, thick consistency. Since it wasn't quite chocolatey enough for me after adding the whipping cream, I added 3 tablespoons of dark (unsweetened) cocoa.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
Not nearly as good as I'd hoped. The strusel called for waay too much butter and caused the muffins to sink.
