Coconut-Curry Lentil Stew Served over Quinoa
I didn't love this. Compared to other curries, I found the flavour flat. It's not that it wasn't flavourful, it just wasn't multi-dimensional. Maybe could be helped by a 'sour' element (ie. lemon juice)? I like the idea of a lentil stew, but would probably alter it quite a bit in the future.

Cookie Dough for Ice Cream (Eggless)
Didn't really enjoy this. As many others said, the texture was funny and needed more flour, and then it just became too floury. And no matter what I did, it just didn't taste like real cookie dough. (Although I do admit it was better in icecream than on its own). Next time I think I'll just make the real thing...

Spicy Sweet Potato Soup
This was really good - very different though. Definitely enjoyed it. And I didn't even have fresh ginger, a real lime, cilantro, tomatoes, or sour cream! I halved the peanut butter as others had suggested, and it was just perfect. I also added some heavy cream at the end, and it made it that much better. Very good!
