Cookie Dough for Ice Cream (Eggless)
Didn't really enjoy this. As many others said, the texture was funny and needed more flour, and then it just became too floury. And no matter what I did, it just didn't taste like real cookie dough. (Although I do admit it was better in icecream than on its own). Next time I think I'll just make the real thing...

Spicy Sweet Potato Soup
This was really good - very different though. Definitely enjoyed it. And I didn't even have fresh ginger, a real lime, cilantro, tomatoes, or sour cream! I halved the peanut butter as others had suggested, and it was just perfect. I also added some heavy cream at the end, and it made it that much better. Very good!

Easy Veggie Samosas
I used Kris B's suggestions for the most part (added carrots, potatoes, peas, ginger, garlic, cumin, chili powder, cilantro) and the filling was amazingly good. However, I tried baking them in eggroll wrappers, and they didn't turn out so good. The skin was quite tough and slightly chewy. Edible, but could have been better. Also, with all the chopping and peeling, they took me about an hour and a half, not 45 minutes.
