Just made this for the first time for Christmas breakfast, the whole family enjoyed it! I made substitutions to suit our tastes...I omitted the jalapenos, olives, and used fresh mushrooms as well as some green and red peppers (for a Christmassy look :) ). I also added a can of diced tomatoes, drained, and some cooked and crumbled turkey sausage and bacon. I used a little olive oil to saute the veggies instead of the butter. I also used reduced fat cheese. It was very yummy and easy to make, but next time I will add more cheese. Thanks for the recipe!

Not sure what happened, but mine came out dense, much more bread-like than cake-like. I wanted to make a cake for my son's birthday, so I was dissapointed in the result. The flavor was good, not great, so I'm not sure if I'd make it again.

This was pretty good, I mixed mayo and olive oil with lemon pepper and garlic powder and spread that on the fish, then I added the bread crumbs and topped with grated parmesean. I didn't use the cornmeal because I had none. Although I sprayed my broiler pan with cooking spray I stillhad a problem with them sticking, so next time I will try buttering a baking dish and cooking it in that. Nice and easy dinner!
