Turkey Pot Pie
We just had this for dinner tonight, definitely a keeper! This recipe is easily adaptable for your family's tastes. I doubled it to make two pies (I have teenage boys :) ) and I added peas, green beans and mushrooms and chopped garlic. I substituted the water and bouillon for turkey stock I had made from my leftover turkey carcass. Instead of doubling the butter and milk I added a can of cream of chicken soup. I think it could have used more gravy, but my guys liked it as it was. Thank you Linda for such a yummy and hearty recipe!

Beef Stew VI
Great basic recipe, one can easily alter it to suit your own tastes. I added more veggies; corn, geen beans, peas, mushrooms, and cabbage. Also added garlic and some dried tarragon. Upped water about 2 cups and added more "Better Than Boullion". Very yummy, thanks for sharing!

Lower Fat Banana Bread I
I made a batch of this today and it's very yummy. I made it as the recipe states, but I added 1/3 cup pecan chips, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon and vanilla. It is very light and fluffy, more cake-like than bread-like. I think it could use more banana, that would make it moister and add more banana flavor, which it could use. Very easy to make, and quite tasty!
