Corn, Sausage and Pepper Chowder
I love this, my friends love this, and my family loves this........I use kielbasa and smoked sausage and brown it in the skillet first.... I also add a little cumin and fresh cilantro

Peanut Butter Noodles
pretty good stuff, I used powdered ginger and it worked just fine, I also added sliced water chestnuts for a little crunch, and grilled chicken breast for a lil meat.. also my local grocery doesnt carry udon noodles so I used lo mein,, they worked great too

Egg in a Cup
wow what a trip down memory lane! my grandmother would make this for me all the time and I had forgotten how much I loved it! truly only for the hard core egg lover.........I prefer ritz crackers too.. If truly love the flavor of egg, give it a try!
