Lobster Bisque I
Average at best and IMO not woth the effort. Not even close to a top notch Bisque. As the recipie reads - I should have been blown away - it was really lacking something - and still cant figure out what it was. Wont make again.

Korean BBQ Short Ribs (Gal-Bi)
GREAT Flavor.... pretty close to what you would get at your local Korean Restaurant. I used some thicker sliced spare ribs but would say stick to the thin ones. Overall - Great Recipe – would make a good steak marinade too!

Philly Steak Sandwich
cant go wrong with this one.... great samdwich - fast - easy... I added some mushrooms and spiced them up a bit.
