Coconut Curry Tofu
I agree with those who said this had no real flavor. It was spicy, but bland. I the curry I get at a local Thai place is flavorful and complex. This was not.

Eggplant and Tomato Bake
This was good--it was like not fried eggplant parm. I will use more yogurt next time and maybe some mozzarella.

Blueberry Scones
These were terrible. The dough was very wet and they baked up dry. The texture was nothing like a scone--it was lighter and fluffier vs. dense. They kinda tasted like bland blueberry pancakes.
