Zucchini Parmesan
I grilled the zucchini as other reviewers suggested to make it less watery and added abundant cheese. It tasted liked eggplant parmesan! My young daughter helped to slice the zucchini so the slices were thicker than I would like, but still very good!

Crispy Fried Chicken
It seemed like the chicken that I cooked IMMEDIATELY was the only chicken that turned out crispy. The step that she said was crucial to let it sit until it had a glue consistency seemed to be ruin the recipe. Also, next time I will add more spice or zest. This seemed bland to me.

Eggplant Parmesan II
This was really good and I will make it again. Perhaps next time I will cook longer than the alotted time as it was a little firm. Leftovers would make a great sandwich- if there were any!
