Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole
Awesome! I make this all the time for potlucks and everyone loves it. I use half the salt recommended.

Valerie's Fruit Dip
Delicious! I've made this, by request, many times for family functions. Make sure the cream cheese is totally softened or it will be lumpy in the dip.

Red Potato Bites
The hit of the potluck! As suggested by anther user, I used a whole bag of pre-cooked bacon crumbles. A great recipe.
