Chicken Pot Pie IX
I don't like pot pie. I can't say I liked this one, but don't let that stop you. My husband, who does like pot pie, ate a whole one by himself in one day! I used three boneless, skinless, chicken breasts. I followed the recommendations of others and used the whole amount of gravy but just made one deep-dish pie. The only vegetables I included were celery and a diced potato. I added a 1/4 tsp. of poultry seasoning and a little garlic powder. I used the Pie Crust IV recipe from this site. I baked it at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, it was perfectly cooked. The crust was not soggy.
