Sweet Dinner Rolls

I made them exactly like the recipe and while these were good, they were not sweet.

Very good recipe. My two year old devoured. As others suggested I used splenda instead of sugar. Also replaced oil and apple butter with 1 cup of applesauce. I added 1/2 c coconut. I used 1 1/4 c flour and 3/4 c whole wheat flour. I made this with the full cup of raisins like the recipe called for but I really don't like raisins that much so next time I'll decrease the raisins and increase the apples.

Amazingly Good Eggnog

Great Recipe. I like things sweet so I added almost a whole can of condense milk. Delicious. I will experiment with the alcohols though. This combination of liquors had me feeling super relaxed like I just wanted to get in bed and end my night. I will have to find out which liquor had me feeling that way and reduce that liquor while adding back more of another.

Pina Colada Rum Cake

Sorry to go against the grain but this cake was just okay. it was just a boxed cake with coconut shavings. I could not find coconut cream puddding so I used vanilla pudding but put coconut extract. However, I must say that the frosting was pretty good.

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

Followed one suggestion and lined the bottom of a baking dish with cooked sliced sweet potatoes adding nothing to them and then put the topping on top. I also added marshmellows and baked for 20 minutes.

Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops

This was really good. I made the glaze and put it in one of those oven bags with the chicken and baked it after browning the chicken a little on the stove. And as always I used seasoning salt to season the meat before any recipe.

Brown Sugar Smokies

Nothing special about this at all. Bacon did not go with this. But the brown sugar and smokies were good. Never make again.

Grandma's Corn Bread Dressing

I loved the flavor of the stuffing. The only thing is need to add about .5 to 1 c more of corn bread. And don't forget to add your own lawry's seasoning.

Easy Garlic Ginger Chicken

This was awesome. It was so easy and tasty. I did as another reviewer suggested and coated it in brown sugar. It was so good just the way I made it, that I probally would never try it without the sugar. The other tip I used was to just put it on the George Foreman Grill. Even though it was fast and came out great, I am cooking this for some friends over the weekend and I will broil it this time just out of curiosity.
