White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

This cheesecake was fantastic! The raspberry sauce was the perfect complement; not too sweet, not too tart. However, I could not taste the white chocolate in it at all, so I am not sure I would go through the hassle next time. I also think I might go half-again or even double the filling next time - I like my cheesecakes a little bit thicker. Thanks for the great recipe!

Whipped Cream

Super simple and so much better than the stuff you can buy at the store. I added a tablespoon more of sugar, as 1 tablespoon wasn't quite sweet enough for me. Thanks for sharing!

Sweet Potato Gnocchi

I made this for Thanksgiving and thought it was a nice change from the usual mashed sweet potatoes. It took about 1 3/4 c flour to get my dough to the right consistency, and with my work surface and hands well-floured, I didn't have any trouble working with it. I like my sweet potato dishes on the sweet side, so I decided to make a butter/maple/sage sauce to go on top of these (about 1/4 c butter, 2 tbls olive oil, handful of sage, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 c REAL maple syrup). Melt butter with olive oil in a pan, add the sage, then immediately add the cinnamon and syrup. Toss with the gnocchi and serve promptly. You can add more syrup if you want more sweetness. Fettuccine Alfredo V

Fantastic! I've been searching for a good alfredo recipe that would give me restaurant-quality results, and this is it! This obviously isn't health food, but it was worth every calorie-laden bite.. so yummy. I served sauteed spinach and balsamic tomatoes with it. Wouldn't change a thing. Thanks so much for the terrific recipe!

Glazed Meatloaf II

I was craving a meatloaf and decided to give this recipe a shot - I'm glad I did! I doubled the glaze, but other than that, I didn't change a thing and it came out terrific! We did not have any leftovers. Also, thanks to whoever suggested putting two slices of bread under the loaf to soak up the fat - worked like a charm. Thanks for sharing!

This was really, really good! I followed the recipe exactly, and wouldn't change a thing, except I am thinking I might add a little dill next time. Also, be sure to let it sit at least an hour before serving (the longer the better!). The initial taste isn't nearly as good as after this has had time to sit a while. Thanks for sharing!

The chicken came out incredibly juicy, though the lovely sauce did not penetrate the meat at all. I think this glaze would be pretty good on a pork loin, too. I may try that next time. Thanks for sharing!

Cheese-Stuffed Jalapenos

Really good! We like it spicy so I didn't boil them, though I probably should have for at least a couple minutes. They were still very spicy after 10 minutes in the oven, so I reduced the temp and cooked them an additional 10 minutes. I think next time I will boil them like the recipe says. :) Awesome, though.. we really enjoyed these as a New Year's appetizer. They satisfied my craving for jalapeno poppers without being covered in bread and grease. Will definitely make again!
