Roasted Brussels Sprouts
A very yummy option! Loved them, though I used a bit too much salt - would probably half that next time.

Hobo Dinner
added the onion soup mix to the recipe and it was flavorful. I think I cut my potatoes too big and I used the mini carrots and didn't cut them so they never got soft, both of which I'd do differently next time.

Tasty BBQ Corn on the Cob
We didn't make it really spicy but used a bit of oregano, onion powder etc and it was a nice change but I think we still prefer plain old butter and salt.
