Spiced Quinoa

I'm experimenting with quinoa again after trying it and not liking it about 10 years ago. I love Indian flavors and thought this was delicious. The raisins are essential in my opinion. Thanks for the great recipe!

New Year Spinach Fettuccine with Scallops

I'm not sure what happened here. Maybe it was the quality of wine that I used or that I just didn't let it cook out enough, but my sauce turned out terrible. I'm glad I got the scallops on sale, because I threw the whole thing away.

Atomic Tuna Salad

I made this recipe as written, and I think it's a little heavy on the vegetables. It was hard to find the tuna in the finished product. Next time I'm going to try using half the listed amount of veggies, and experiment with various spices. Nice and healthy though - thanks!
