Jeanie's Falafel
These were really good. My son who barely will eat anything besides chicken even liked them. I didn't have all the ingredients but was close. I think I will try baking them next time due to all the extra grease. I had to use left over matzo crumbs in place of bread crumbs since I didn't have any.

Lazanki
I use this recipe alot when I am interested in having cabbage. I really enjoy how cabbage gets a sweet flavor when cooked instead of being so tart. I haven't actually put this in the oven and usually add a package of seasoning from chicken lo-mein to mine. It is really good.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
These were great. I took the dough to synagogue for the kids to make Chanukah cookies. The dough got warm and sticky and the kids added way too much flour. Surprisingly they were still very tasty. Thank-you for a great recipe the kids had a great time.
