This is my very favorite bread machine recipe. It's always very soft, has a nice texture and delicious taste. Unfortunately, without any preservatives it doesn't last too long.

Yummy. Everyone loved it. It's very rich. I'm not sure of the exact number of ice cream sandwiches I used but I know several more than what the recipe calls for. The only thing was that when the second layer was added, it was too tall for my pyrex 9x13-inch pan so I couldn't add the final layer of chocolate sauce.

I really liked it. I printed the recipe months' ago so I just now saw the note about mixing by hand. I made one loaf using a mixer being careful not to mix too much. I liked the taste and texture. Next time I'm going to try adding a streusel topping.
