Heaven Sent Brownies

The brownie was very yummy. Moist and my guest was surprised to know that no eggs were used in this.

The cake was very good and healthy. I made some substitutions and scaled to 1/2 instead of self raising flour used 1/2c all purpose flour and rest whole wheat flour, then white sugar as brown sugar was not there. It is really healthy as wheat flour was added and iron rich dates. Thumbs up!!!!

Banana Muffins II

This was a great muffin. I made some changes...Substituted 1/2 cup with whole wheat flour.The batter was bit stiff so added 3-4 tbsp of milk.:-)

Eggless Chocolate Cake II

This was a great cake...My 1 yr old also ate it.Was searching for an eggless cake.I scaled the recipe to serve six. I put less than 1/2 cup of sugar still it came out tasting great....thumbs up Ginger!!!

Banana Bread VIII

This was a great bread, I made little changes 1/2 cup wheat flour and 1 cup all purpose flour, 1/2 cup of sugar and apple sauce insted of shortening. Applesauce was home made (Delicious Apple Sauce recipe) of this site...anyway it was yummy
