Banana Banana Bread
I thought my mom's recipe was the best until I tried this one. I have never had such a moist bread. I only cooked for 50 min. and my toothpick came out clean. I also added only a few chocolate chips to it, to ensure the kids would eat it. They loved it and they only had one or two chips per slice.

Chicken Chili
I made this recipe as a healthy alternative to regular chili. My husband hates anything healthy and he actually loved this recipe, so did my 2 year old. I added a little chipotle powder and cheddar cheese on top. I also added carrots because I didn't have celery. It was great!

Aussie Chicken
The honey mustard sauce is awesome! This tasted just like Outback. I used white sharp cheddar instead and it turned out great. I will make this over and over (if I can afford the calories and fat).
