The Best Unbaked Cherry Cheesecake Ever
Very good recipe. Made them yesterday & everyone loved it. I used splenda in place of sugar, reduced to 3/4 cup. I used cool whip instead of whipped cream. Will make it again. thanks for sharing.

Blender Chocolate Mousse
I followed the exact recipe except no brandy. I think this is too rich for my taste. A little goes a long way. The mousse set up firmly after an hour in the fridge. Next time I will whip the egg whites separately for a lighter texture. Otherwise it is a good recipe.

Blueberry Cream Muffins
I halved the recipe & since sour cream is not available I used Blueberry flavoured sour cream (175 ml) plus 2 TB melted butter. I love how it turned out. It's very light muffin & not bland at all. I will definitely keep this recipe. Thanks for sharing!
