Fettuccine Alfredo V
This recipe turned out almost exactly like the Alfredo at my favourite restuarant, the only difference in taste was that this recipe was MUCH cheesier. Next time I will halve the cheese as it was a bit too rich, and will only use a tbsp of butter. The flavour very full and the texture was like velvet. This was a VERY rich dish and will use it again for a special dinner but not on the regular menu. This only took 15 minutes to prepare so it is a very rewarding dish. Served with grilled chicken sliced on top, Sour Cream and Chive Rolls (on this site) and a leafy green salad on the side. Thanks for the excellent recipe.
