O' Henry Bars
Close - but not quite. Firstly, these are far too gooey. They aren't really "bars" - more like... globs? Secondly - very hard to get out of the pan. PLEASE spray your pan with PAM first - something, anything. The overall TASTE is good - but too sweet. I don't really see the need for corn syrup when I bet some sugar would do just fine - and also keep the gooiness factor down. I would recommend letting the oatmeal mixture cool completely before adding the choc/p-butter topping to it. Close, but no O'Henry Bar.

Apple Oatmeal Cookies I
WELL DONE. This is a GREAT apple cookie recipe. Easy to make - as you will probably have all the ingredients already on-hand: All you need is to get some fresh apples! When I made these, I didn't think that there was enough dough to hold together all the walnuts, oatmeal and apple. But I was wrong- they bake up perfectly. I only got 2 dozen out of this recipe instead of the 3 dozen it claims. I will double this recipe next time. It's a good recipe - great combination of different ingredients make it a wonderful apple spice cookie.

Easy Fruit Cobbler
Boring! This recipe is dull. I made this exactly as shown here and it was by far the most bland apple dish I've ever made. A waste of fruit, a waste of time. I'm just glad the recipe wasn't any larger or I would have wasted more ingredients on it. Please don't make this.
