Chicken Noodle Casserole
Just for my own person preference, I would double white sauce recipe and add peas. I would also top it with something: bread crumbs, crackers, chips to keep the noodles from drying out. I would increase the prep time to quite a bit more than 20 minutes and make sure to have extra help!

Hurricane I
This is an excellent concoction. My only complaint was that it was a little strong on the rum but I am a lightweight! I made it with Malibu coconut rum to cut down on the alcohol and add to the taste. Next time I'd use less regular rum but all you pirates out there, enjoy the rum!

Norwegian Potato Lefsa
The correct Norwegian spelling is Lefse not Lefsa. Lef-sa is how it may look phonetically.
