WOW WOW WOW!! This was a wow dish if you could not tell by my wow explanation! totally company worthy. served this with roasted baby potatoes and red peppers on the grill

Coconut Macaroons III

excellent i made 18- 2 ounce cookies and baked them 23 minutes. when cool i drizzled melted chocolate on them. better than store bought and alot less $ thanks for sharing

Oriental Cold Noodle Salad

OK THIS WAS PRETTY GOOD, JUST NEED TO CUT THE LIME BACK TO HALF AND CUT OR OMIT THE CILANTRO ALL TOGETHER. I ALSO ADDED SOME DICED RED PEPPER AS OTHERS HAVE MENTIONED TO DO

this is an amazing recipe. i have had itthree times now and has always been served with drunken strawberries. 1 quart hulled and sliced 1/4 inch thick strawberries 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/4 cup or more of grand marnier or cointreau.. cover with plastic and refridgerate for 2-24 hours. yum! try this for your sweetheart on valentines morning.

Fried Rice Restaurant Style

wow real good and very easy. i used minute rice as i had no regular rice in the house. we had grilled tuna steaks with.next time i will omit the sesame oil i drizzeled it with, optional but thought i would try it. thanks for a good one

great recipe. followed other reviews and added more instant coffee. got 12 large muffins and 12 mini muffins. fantastic favor. next time i will make 12 monster muffins. i like them big

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

this was sooooo very good. i lined the pan as other people said to to as to make the cean up easier i used chicken breasts and cooked them 30 minutes covered and then uncovered them and then another 30 minutes. i have a gas oven and cooked them at 350 on convection. turned out perfect. thankx so much i would give this a 10 star if i could. hubby said it was company worthy and i agreed. will aslo add to the rotation.

made this recipe as written and was extremely easy, but lacked flavor, hubby agreed. we decided not to add it to the recipe box. might try again then re rate it using pineapple juice instead of water.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

WOW THESE WERE AWSOME, AS WRITTEN. THE ONLY THING I WOULD DO NEXT TIME IS CUT DOWN ON THE CAYENNE PEPPER BY HALF AND ADD SOME CRAB MEAT AS OTHER REVIEWS HAD MENTIONED. JUST WOW , DID WE EVER ENJOY THEM.

Tofu Salad

this was ok as written. i made it a second time and made these changes. first i used chicken instead of tofu, sugar peas instead of snap peas used 4 baby carrots as i had no other ones in the house and doubled the red cabbage. i cooked the chicken in the marinated sauce then stirred all together in a large bowl and served over angel hair pasta, also added soya sauce. yum
