Too good! I made a quick cream cheese maple syrum frosting and we loved it!! I halved the recipe and made it in a loaf pan.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Had no zucchini , so I just added 2-3 small cucumbers and a carrot. Reduced the sugar by half as I did not want a sweet bread.Turned out well.

Avocado and Orange Sandwich

Flavor explosion you bet! Delicious is an understatement, we loved it!! I made them into open face sandwiches to reduce the carbs & increase the veggies. I would not have thought of putting orange & avocado in a sandwich.......thanks a lot for the recipe.

Very surprisingly delicious. I used store bought chhole masala & added ginger & tomatoes last and then pressure cooked more. Loved it because I did not expect much out the recipe :-).

Pork Chops with Mandarin Orange Salsa

LOved it absolutely. Made it with tofu instead of pork chops. Just sauteed the spinach with garlic & added an avocado to the salsa.
