Pork Chops with Stuffing
My whole family loved this. When I make pork chops, they usually end up dry and tough. With this recipe, they came out moist and tender! I used 2 packages of stove top stuffing, mixed it with cream of mushroom and a cream of celery, the egg, and 1/2 cup water to help moisten the cubes. Put over the browned pork chops, and baked. Yummy! Going in our staple for sure!

Peanut Butter and Jelly Oat Bars
These taste just like a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich! My daughter and I made these together, and we didn't have enough regular oats to make the topping, so we used a couple of packets of maple and brown sugar instant oatmeal. Now that added a yummy twist! We used grape jelly. Held together nice.
