I have never made an easier, more delicious lemon pie in all my baking years! I only had yolks left over from a white cake, so did not make the topping. But it was devine with whipped cream. This will be the only lemon pie recipe in my recipe box.

I have been making this bread for 5 years now. What I now do is make it in the morning and let it rise all day in the fridge. Then I punch it down, make a pizza with 1/2 and let the other 1/2 rise in the fridge for bread with dinner the next night. This makes a great pizza dough and you don't have to add a lot of spice to your sauce cause its in the bread.

This bread was made for Saturday morning and coffee. So good, we didn't even have to butter it. Recipe halves well, using 1/2 cup ea. brown & white sugar & 1 jumbo egg. Used pecans and butter. Bread was moist & flavor was intense. Thank you for this keeper!
