High Altitude Meringue for Pie
My sister in CA sent me some lemons off the tree our Dad planted. They make the most fabulous lemon pie. But I never could manage meringue. I live in WY at 7200 ft. This recipe provided the crowning glory to a pie full of flavor and memories. The meringue was huge, fluffy, flavorful with no cracking or weeping. Thanks!

Lemon Meringue Pie III
I have never made an easier, more delicious lemon pie in all my baking years! I only had yolks left over from a white cake, so did not make the topping. But it was devine with whipped cream. This will be the only lemon pie recipe in my recipe box.

Focaccia Bread
I have been making this bread for 5 years now. What I now do is make it in the morning and let it rise all day in the fridge. Then I punch it down, make a pizza with 1/2 and let the other 1/2 rise in the fridge for bread with dinner the next night. This makes a great pizza dough and you don't have to add a lot of spice to your sauce cause its in the bread.
