If you want an absolutely perfect topping for your Blueberry Crisp, then don't let the mayonnaise scare you. I never thought I would use mayo in a dessert. I am so glad I did! I doubled the topping recipe, plus added an extra 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. I baked at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. My husband said it is the best crisp he has ever had! I would have to agree!!
