I thought this was easy and tasty! I didn't use the ham--by choice. I'm sure it's great with it, but I decided not to use it. Thanks for the recipe--I love using the slow cooker!

This was my first time making jam--and this was very easy. I made half of the recipe (about 2 cups). I thought it was way too sweet so next time i'll definitely be using less sugar. I sterilized my jars in the dishwasher by running it with only the jars in it and not using soap...the hot water is what does the trick. I plan to make this with lots of flavors (blueberry, etc) but with less sugar. CAn't wait to start making baskets for the holidays!

This was the very first recipe I made from this website and now i'm so faithful to the wonderful cooks on this website! This was a chicken dish that I have made SEVERAL times! It's a simple way to make chicken interesting...and it really looks like you put a lot of work into this meal! Great for dinner parties. I will add, that I never made it with Bacon...I can't comment on whether it's better or not--I just never cared to add it--so if you're not a bacon lover, it's great without it too!!
