Raspberry Lemonade Biscotti

I took Tree's advice and added a touch of raspberry flavoring to the fresh raspberries just to intensify the flavor and YUM, these turned out awesome!

Super easy! I may try to see if crushed up lemon wafers, or lemon cookies, may also work either instead of the graham crackers.. Hmm?, we'll see how that works? But this was so easy that I let my little girl feel like a little pie baker! She tied on the apron and had a blast. Thanks for the easy & lemony pie!

Banana Pie

Yum, Yum, Yum! I promised my 3rd grader I'd make a banana cream pie for her classes "poetry and pie" day at school tomorrow. Of course, she chose a kind of pie I've never made before, but after asking on the recipe exchange on here, I was lucky enough to get this great recipe!! It's just perfect and I doubled the recipe so we can have one at home!! Thanks Kathy for the GREAT and EASY pie! And the Anchorage, Alaska 3rd graders all thank you too!! :0)

Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

If I hadn't tried the other chicken & stuffing cassarole recipe on here.. this one may have been pretty good.. But after trying both, this one is definitely lacking in ingredients!! The other recipe listed on here tastes so much better with all the fresh added veggies, etc. It's ok, just not near as good as the other one on here.

Cashew Cookies

Excellent cookie! I think the term "burned butter" kind of scares people off though. From the way the butter frosting turns out, I think it should be referred to as "carmel butter". Very NUMMY !! :)

Chicken Lasagna with White Sauce

Very good!!! I did saute an onion in a touch of butter & fresh garlic and also added that, but even without it it would have been great! (I just happen to like onions & garlic ;-0) Thanks for the terrific recipe!

Chicken Enchilada Casserole I

MMMM.. I love this stuff! One thing that is an absolute MUST for me, is that there HAS to be fresh cilantro to put on the top. Maybe even a dash of sour cream? The fresh cilantro leaves makes this dish taste sooooo fantastic. This is a great dish Kyle. Pass the chips and margaritas!!

Chicken and Stuffing

Yummy! Very good chicken cassarole & one that's a hit with kids -and- adults. Only thing I changed, was to reduce one of the cans of soup by a half and instead, added in the same amount of sour cream ;-). Excellent mix of ingredients Barb!

Homemade Mac and Cheese

I agree that a dash of dry mustard is missing from this recipe. Also, if you realllly want a rich taste, try substituting half of the milk with evaporated milk. The evaporated milk gives Mac & Cheese an amazingly rich & creamy taste. Other than those two things, it's pretty good!
