Well, I grew up in a small cow town, my mom was a work-at-home mother, so she had plenty of time to cook. I always loved watching her, and even more helping her. I starting baking at about 12 years old, the real simple things, and have loved it since. I didn't really start anything range-top till I was 18 and moved out of my mother's house, and had to cook for myself. I still love baking, and my favorite genre is desserts; my family can always count on me bringing a dessert to the family parties. I still can't quite get my mother's bread down. Every time I try it, something goes wrong, and it comes out tasting fine but having a weird texture or shape.
