Texas Ranch Potato Salad
This was excellent! I used low-fat mayo and low-fat sour cream, and used a few bacon bits. I also added chopped dill pickle, which added nice contrast. It was very good, and was a good dish that made good leftovers.

Mashed Potato Salad
Wonderful! Even good the next day--the other reviews seemed to suggest it wouldn't be as tasty.

Easy Four Cheese Lasagna
Not the worst lasagna I've ever made, but the filling wasn't super tasty.
