Kielbasa Fried Rice
my family loved this, from my 2 year old up. i used 8 oz kielbasa, just 1 carrot, just 1 clove garlic and just 2 cups rice. the combination of flavors was great.

Texas Chicken Quesadillas
these were great! all my kids loved them (i didn't put onions on theirs). to speed things along i fried them in a skillet with butter on the outside of the tortillas.

Asian Orange Chicken
my whole family LOVED this. even my 2 year old wanted seconds, and my 6 year old said he doesn't need to go out for chinese any more - he only wants me to make this.
