Zucchini Corn Fritters
I made these the other night, and the family loved them. My mother in law ate all the leftovers the next day. My husband actuall tried them, and even liked them, not bad for someone that detests zucchini. What a great recipe to use up extra zucchini.

Best Steak Marinade in Existence
I made this recipe last night for dinner. Amazing! We barbequed steaks for 9 of us, and there wasn't one that didn't like it. This will definately be a regular at our house.

Chicken Alfredo Pizza
This was great my husband loved it, was a little greasy for my taste, so I will probably put the garlic butter on more sparinly next time. There will definately be a next time.
