Lobster Stew
Mmmm.. having grown up in a small Maine island fishing I know this is the one! This is the way my family has always made it. Luxuriously rich and delicious! For ultimate flavor I heat it through when making it, then refrigerate overnight and reheat gently the next day. Lobstah stew doesnt get any bettah!

Cucumber Punch
This punch is fantastic! I made it for a large party and all loved it ages 3-100! (It was a 100th birthday party!) We went thru 6 batches! This is light refershing punch is definately a keeper!! I didn't change a thing. After ther party people were hovered around the empty bowl eating the cucumbers exclaiming how delicious they were after soaking in the punch.

London Broil II
Wow- this is fantastic! I used London Broil and marinated in a large ziploc bag instead of foil. After grilling I sliced the meat on the diagonal as typical for LB, but really didn't need to. Nice and tender, and oh so tasty! Will definately make this again and again!
