I am happily married and a proud mom of three great kids, ages 15, 13 & 6. Aside from hanging out with my family, taking care of the usual day to day business and being softball and soccer Mom, I am a Transportation and Warehousing Coordinator for a professional hair care and cosmetic company. Thanksgiving Dinner is my all time favorite meal to cook. I also enjoy our Christmas Eve "grazing". We do not have a formal dinner on Christmas Eve but rather a feast of several appetizers, dips, etc.. Every year we are adding some new things so I always look forward to seeing how the new additions turn out. My Grandmother and Mother made the BEST fried chicken and potato salad and I have been lucky enough to, from memory and years of watching, master both. When our son wrote an essay for school about my cooking. :) I honestly cannot think of one!
