Mexican Pasta
My family and I have enjoyed the gazpacho pasta salad from this site but this recipe was disappointing. It was a strange comvination of flavors. We'll never make this again

BLT Salad
This has become one of my husband's favorite hot weather dinners. It is so good and everyone at our house loves it.

Terry's Texas Pinto Beans
My hispanic husband says this is as good as his mom used to make. We love this recipe and eat it all the time now. Who needs to buy canned beans when these are so easy.
