Caramel Nut Crunch
This is an excellent snack or gift for teacher, friends and family! To kick it up a notch, I used pop-corn instead of cheerios and any nut combination works. I used salted cashews and added a 1/2 tsp. of vanilla to the syrup at the end. Yum, Yum!!!! Everybody wants to recipe!!

Pizza On The Grill I
We loved this pizza!! Be sure and flour the area that you are working with the dough! Also, if you put the oil on the grill, wait till it burns off a bit and you won't have as many flames! And don't put oil on the dough or that too will ignite flames, resulting in a blackend crust!

Artichoke Spinach Lasagna
I wasn't sure if my husband would like this, but he just loved it! He even liked the leftovers! I did use my own homemade sauce that had meat in it, and used 2 cubes of vegetable bouillon mixed with water. Don't skip out on the garlic & herb feta!! That really topped it off! Delicious!!
