I love searching recipes on the Internet and 99% of the time it is with Allrecipes.com. (No kidding!) I love reading the reviews, too. I value the fact that most of the time, I can read a recipe/reviews and only try it if it seems right. I have far more successes than failures. I have a binder of favorite recipes (successes). Even with company coming over, I know I should pull out my success binder but I often have been known to try one to four new dishes on my company. Mom would not approve; I often ignore her voice. Most of time I will follow the new recipe to a "T" but have been known to even tweek it on the first try. I love to cook!!! Healthy, mostly fresh vegetables, substituting ground turkey for ground beef, no deep fried foods. I cook using sale items. It's a challenge.
