Chocolate Covered Strawberries
I used 2 bags of chocolate chips (12 oz each)- 1 milk choc and 1 semi-sweet. I slowly microwaved them at 60% power, stirring every 30-40 seconds. Once they started to melt, I mixed in 2 tbsp canola oil. Once the chocolate had melted and was creamy, I dipped the washed and thoroughly dried strawberries in and put them on wax paper. They took about 30 or so minutes to set in the refrigerator. I easily covered three 16oz boxes of strawberries and could have covered more. Easy and delicious!

Cracked Sugar Cookies I
Easy, yummy cookies. I gave the kids a shallow bowl for them to shake a variety of colored sugars/ sprinkles into. Then they rolled the balls in sprinkles before we put them on the cookie sheets. Definitely made it more fun for them and the cookies turned out pretty!

Awesomely Easy Sesame Asparagus
I make asparagus this way all the time, but by GRILLING it without the sesame seeds. Toss asparagus with olive oil and kosher salt, then throw on the grill. When it's done, I sometimes throw some freshly grated parmesan on top.
