Lemon Meringue Pie III

Great taste and look and a lot easier than I thought it would be. I would have given it a five if my cooking skills were better because this was my fist time making it and I did get the watery/weeping that some had mentioned. I would pass this recipe along if anyone asked.

Sweet Potato Rolls

I was awed by how pretty and tasty these were. I expected a sweet potato taste but was shocked that there was not one and the texture of these rolls were so fluffy that I don't think I can go back to my old bread recipes anymore.

LOVE IT, LOVE IT!! I don't think you ever love this recipe more than the very first time you make it. People think I am a baking guru now. Very delicious and the dough is joy to work with and smell. If they could bottle this scent they could make millions.

Graham Cracker Crunch Topping

This really is a great way to use those last graham crackers and crumbs that the children sometimes never eat--just open another box (grrrr). The flavors are just right.

Banana Bread V

This is the absolutely BEST recipe that you will ever find for banana bread. You can't do any better. I had this recipe printed out and the lost it until I did a search just now (I almost screamed). You can only make it better by using a bit of cream cheese icing. I JUST LOVE THIS!!! Thanks for submission.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

I can not thank you enough for posting this recipe. After mixing, I put the mixture in the fridge for 5 minutes, just to get a bit of cool to them.When baked on a SILPAT liner, these are the most heavenly homemade cookies and people treat me as if I am the QUEEN of baking.
