Scalloped Potatoes and Onions
These were delicious but I did add garlic salt, a few thinly sliced green onions and a tablespoon of dijon mustard to the sauce before I poured it over the potatoes. The sauce did taste very garlicy before I put it on the potatoes but the strong flavour did mellow by about 50% once it was baked.
