Greek Lemon Chicken Soup
Another winner. I do use potato starch instead of cornstarch to thicken but it is great! I've made it a half dozen times since Spring and eveyone who has had it, loves it too

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions
These were delicious but I did add garlic salt, a few thinly sliced green onions and a tablespoon of dijon mustard to the sauce before I poured it over the potatoes. The sauce did taste very garlicy before I put it on the potatoes but the strong flavour did mellow by about 50% once it was baked.

BAKER'S(R) ONE BOWL Coconut Macaroons
Although they were tasty, even after I added a fifth large egg white, I found them to be on the dry side when cooked.
