Split-Second Cookies
These cookies are gorgeous. I wanted something fast and easy and whipped some up on a whim. They have since become the cookie everyone asks me to make.

Swiss Cashew Tossed Salad
I took this to a family gathering and people were wiping the bowl clean w/ dinner rolls they liked it so well.
